The camp is on the east side of the lake so some incredible sunsets unfold as the day ends and on a calm evening, it’s in stereo. Add curious beavers cruising by and loons and grebes singing their songs to that scene and that is a recipe for a peaceful memory.

The lake is wonderful for canoeing and kayaking. Bird migrations in the spring and fall are particularly interesting. There is a small sandy beach with a dock that provides a front row seat to the life of the lake.
